Who am I?

Hi, I'm Katrina (she/her). I am a postpartum doula with a passion for parents that sit outside the "norm". Why am I passionate about this? Because that's exactly where I fit! I am a late diagnosed ADHDer and I know first hand how a hidden disability can impact your experience of parenthood. I also have the lived experience of being a mother to a combination of neurodivergent and neurotypical kids.

I offer postpartum care in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and Maitland. Whether it's your first or your last baby, taking care of you is my priority. I'm here to help you through the early weeks (or months) of your transition to parenthood by providing a non-judgmental ear, continuity of care, postpartum planning, birth debriefing, light household chores, attending appointments, school/daycare runs and hands on care for your baby (and older children). My job is to help you feel more comfortable and confident as a person and a parent, by providing evidence based knowledge, combined with physical and emotional support.

If you want to feel supported and cared for, while building your confidence and knowledge as you grow as a person and parent, then Inclusive postpartum care is the village for you.

Let's set up a time to chat about how I can support you.
